Voilà the most comfortable high heels brand: GIANNI BINI

Ever since I could think... nooo but ever since I started to walk on high heels I have been searching for a shoe brand which makes walking on heels more pleasurable.

I stopped buying high heels which are not comfortable a long time ago... simply because I do not want to invest in shoes which hurt my feet. And I think I speak for many girls that those shoes will just stay in the already overpacked shoe closet and barely touch any streets. And only looking at a gorgeous shoe and getting that feeling of possession is not satisfying myself in the long-run.
So I promised myself to STOP that routine.

From time to time I find a comfortable heel which I immediately buy of course. I look at it, I use it, I am satisfied!

Couple of weeks ago I was on vacation in Florida and passed by the department store Dillards where I came across that shoe brand Gianni Bini.

I am not exaggerating but all their shoes are super super comfy, look beautiful and are relatively inexpensive! I just coudn't resist and had to buy those 4 pairs which will definitely not make me regret filling my luggage.  What makes these shoes so comfortable is that soft cushion which is integrated in the sole, the platform, heel and leather used. Unfortunately you can only purchase that brand via Dillards stores or through the Dillards website.

Here are the ones I bought + one pair (last one with studs) I recommend highly and regret not buying it because I guarantee that you can dance in those shoes ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!

Headband Extravaganza

Boho headbands had its moment a couple of years ago! But for me it never really left! All my headbands I collected during these past years and still collecting these days stayed right in my accessories closet.

Headbands are just such a simple and quick way to look done.

This headband got many critics: Friends and family told me to NOT buy it. But how can you not love this special piece?!

Have a happy weekend!

Chanel - the crème de la crème

"It's more about the mood of the times, not something you have to translate," said the designer after the show. "It's all about the wind, it's in the air," he gestured of the set and referring to the overall ease, breeze and serenity of the collection which, still Chanel through and through, didn't draw on one chain or camelia. "I removed everything," he said - except for the pearls.

While other houses are having a new lease of life breathed into them with new creative directors (Raf at Dior, Hedi at Saint Laurent, Jil back at Sander), Lagerfeld showed that Chanel doesn't need that - Chanel is still the crème de la crème of the brands.

Peace Up II

Finding this top made my day! Bought it at H&M today for 9,95 Euro! Peace cut is on the back. Perfect for the Miami trip in November. Will pair it with some jeans shorts, sandals and lots of jewelry!

Who Am I?

What is my origin?

Grandparents are from China (border to HongKong) and moved to South America, Suriname, which used to be a Dutch colony. There, my parents were born who later moved to Holland and then to Germany. So I was born and raised in Germany but I am from Chinese origin!
So that's the whole story hahahaa

Which fashion item would I spend most money for?

Some girls love shoes, some love clothes, some love handbags,... I just love everything! However, I would spend most money for handbags. They can upgrade any outfit and I believe it is easier to recognize a cheaply produced bag then clothes, accessories or shoes.

Favorite color?

My favorite color is pink. Though I do not have many clothes in that color it simply makes me happy to see pink. In terms of clothes I am very into Bordeaux red right now. All time favorite colors are Creme and Taupe.

Favorite brands?

I love all sorts of brands but if I had to choose two and if money wouldn't be an issue I would go for Chanel and Valentino! They are both very female and elegant and they would make me feel like a billion dollar girl :D

Fashion outfit combos I feel most comfortable in?

- Pair some leggings or tights with a big cashmere sweater and ugg
boots (LOVE Ugg Boots got 5 different colors)

- Love all kinds of dresses

--> I love to wear comfortable clothes which are loose fitted. Not a
    big fan of pants

Top 5 list of fashion items I must possess till the age of 40:

1. Balenciaga City Bag
2. Hermès Belt
3. Burberry Trench
4. Chanel 2.55 Quilted Bag
5. Christian Louboutin

OUTFIT: I was wearing... @ FNO in Amsterdam

13th September 2012. Amsterdam's first Fashion's Night Out.

Since Holland is not very famous for its fashion, neither for fashionable people it was actually the 1st time that I saw so many well-dressed people on one spot in Amsterdam!
Yes, The Netherlands finally got their own VOGUE magazine this year, bringing 'Fashion' into the lives of us Dutch.

Highights:

Estée Lauder counter in de Bijenkorf where you could get your nails polished and accentuated with Vogue

P.C. Hoofdstraat was nicely decorated. All boutiques were open and offered their little interpretation of a fabolous Fashion's Night Out.

What I bought that night? Vogue T-shirt and I went to the Chanel Boutique to buy this year limited edition product 'Twin Set' (nailpolish + matching lipstick), which could only be purchased that night and only in the boutiques.

I decided to get the color Provocation, a deep purple-dark redish color.
